QUINN FABRAY | 18 | LESBIAN
Because of you I’ve learned to play on the safe side so I don’t get hurt
Because of you I find it hard to trust not only me but everyone around me
Because of you, I am afraid…
The Fabray family had always been dysfunctional. Ever since Quinn was a little girl she knew her family was different from others, but she didn’t know anything else, so she wouldn’t complain. Her father some nights would come home drunk and she would listen to the sound of glass breaking, and her mother shouting. But Quinn, being so young, she wasn’t aware of what was happening. When she got older she found out that her father abused her mom, and on one occasion when she wanted to talk to him about it, he actually hit her. After he got into a huge fight with her mother, her father left for good. Quinn hasn’t seen him since, but he always left an emotional mark on her. She is quiet, and has a hard time trusting people. She spends all her time working on her dancing in order to keep from worrying all the time, even though that doesn’t really help much. Quinn hasn’t been able to actually experience anything in a long time, and she just keeps a huge wall around herself.
